Brent Mental Health Service has three Community Mental Health Teams located across Brent, providing a single point of

entry to the service. Each multi-disciplinary team provides assessment and treatment for people aged between 16 and 65 with severe and enduring mental health problems.
Following an assessment, appropriate services and treatment may be offered to meet needs.
Each team is made up of psychiatrists, social workers, support workers, psychologists, community psychiatric nurses and an occupational therapist.
The service covers the east of the borough of Brent including Kilburn, Neasden, Cricklewood and Willesden.
