Craven Park is a shared house which is managed in partnership between Network Housing Association (as the landlord) and CNWL Mental Health NHS Trust (as the Primary Support Provider).
This supported housing scheme offers accommodation for six semi-independent clients, who would benefit from and are willing to use the level of support available.
Prospective clients should not have a recent history of alcohol problems or aggression.
Referrals will be considered from adult acute, community and forensic settings at Park Royal Centre for Mental Health.
