Our service is for anyone who has a mental health problem who lives in the South and West sectors of the borough.
We offer a comprehensive service for adults with mental health problems covering assessment of need and care management, working with the Care Programme Approach.
We accept self-referrals, although any other concerned persons can refer. Referrals can be made by telephone, open door and by letter.
