Rosedale Court is a 24 hour staffed rehabilitation unit for adults experiencing severe and enduring mental illness.
It provides care to 22 men and women who have had longer and more frequent hospital admissions leading to institutionalisation. The aim of the unit is to improve the quality of life for all clients and to encourage them to be as independent as possible within a supportive and structured environment.
The unit follows the Recovery Model, which emphasises client centred practice. It encourages all clients to be actively involved in their rehabilitation programme and to be empowered to influence their own recovery.
