Service Description
The Joint Homelessness Team is a multi-disciplinary team working with street homeless people with mental health problems. Their aim is to help these people to access services and secure housing. Due to the nature of the client group, the team seeks out clients by walking the streets and talking to people who they feel may be able to help. This includes working with drop-in centres.
