Benefiting Research into Intellectual Disability by Group Endeavour
BRIDGE is a research initiative established and hosted by The Kingswood Centre in partnership with people with Intellectual Disability and their caregivers. It has academic links with Imperial College, London, and other members are from a variety of professional backgrounds.
Its aims and objectives are to promote high quality evidence-based healthcare research with people with learning disability with minimum costs incurred. The group has a good track record and has over the years contributed regularly to national and international research. The outcomes of activities of BRIDGE are audited annually with reference to quality.
