Welcome to CNWL’s Patient Advice and Liaison Service
PALS is about making our Trust’s services as welcoming and responsive as possible, to as many people as possible.
PALS is here to:
- Give you information about local health services –especially the Trust’s mental health services
- Help you find support
- Listen to your concerns, suggestions or questions
- Help sort out problems quickly
- Advise you on how to complain if you want to, and put you in contact with advocates
The questions and problems people come to PALS with are used anonymously to help the Trust improve its services.
CNWL delivers its Patient Advice and Liaison Service through about 60 link workers, who are CNWL staff members.
To find the worker covering your service, click here and follow the links to your service: your local link worker's details will be on your service's web page.
Alternatively you can contact the PALS manager, Peter Barr, on 020 3214 5773 (email: peter.barr@nhs.net).
