Service Description
The Injectable Clinic provides a range of specialist outpatient health care interventions for individuals and families who are affected by the misuse of drugs and alcohol.

The service is for all people aged 16 and over who are opiate dependent requiring specialist injectable prescribing within the community, and who are resident within the catchment area of Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham, Ealing, Harrow, Hounslow and Brent.

For residents of Kensington and Chelsea, the Injectable Clinic is accessed via referral from the Kensington and Chelsea Community Assessment and Primary Services (CAPS –020 8746 5800). From outside of Kensington and Chelsea, referral will be through the substance misuse services in the particular borough.
