Harrow Drug & Alcohol Service provides a range of specialist health care interventions for individuals and families who are affected by the misuse of drugs or alcohol within the borough of Harrow. We are committed to a programme of training and staff development to offer services that enhance and maintain well being.
What the service offers depends on the nature of the problem. It could be as little as a one-off appointment for information and advice, or regular sessions of individual or group counselling. It could also involve a complex treatment programme for detoxification, psychological therapies, medical or psychiatric treatment.
You can access the service through the walk-in duty hours, which are:
- 10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday
- 10.00am to 1.00pm Fridays Women only
- Evening appointment available on request
You can also be referred by another professional working with you, such as a GP or social worker.
