Service Description
The CRT provides safe, community based treatment as an alternative to in-patient treatment. We operate 24-hours a day, seven days a week. We work with people in psychiatric crisis who would otherwise be admitted to hospital. We do not accept direct referrals. All referrals need to be triaged by assessment jointly with the referrer. All referrals need to be triaged by assessment services and then assessed jointly with the referrer.
We offer a range of community interventions as appropriate.
