North Paddington CMHT is a multi-disciplinary team consisting of health and social services professionals. We offer treatment and care for people with severe and enduring mental illness within the framework of the Care Programme Approach. We are open between 9 am and 5 pm five days a week. The Out of Hours Service and the Crisis Resolution Team offer services outside these hours.
We work within North Westminster and our areas include parts of Maida Vale, Maida Hill, West Kilburn and Queens Park. The team’s inpatient facilities are James Ward at the Paterson Centre.
We operate an open referral policy. We accept referrals from primary care and other health care organisations, statutory and voluntary organisations, service users and carers.
