The Victoria Community Mental Health Teams 1,2 and 3 offer mental health services in the community for clients aged 17-65 with severe and enduring mental illness. Each team takes referrals depending on which GP the individual is registered with. If the individual is living in the SW1 area, but is not registered with a GP, he or she is directed to the Victoria Assessment Service (VAS), based at the Gordon Hospital, to determine his or her care needs and who will be responsible for providing this care.
The out of hours service is based at the Gordon Hospital. This operates form 10am-6pm on Saturdays and Sundays, and 5pm-9pm weekdays. The telephone number for this service is 020 8237 2040.
