The West End Team is based In Soho and provides a comprehensive mental health assessment and support service for the residents and transient population of the West End (Marylebone, Soho, Covent Garden and Mayfair). The Team consists of both health and social services personnel and is able to provide a full range of services from advice and consultation to crisis work and intensive home support. Our focus is long-term treatment and support for those with severe mental health problems, but we are able to undertake some short-term interventions aimed at preventing deteriorating ill-health or / and resolving issues.
All referrals or requests for the service are made through our duty team, which operates between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday. There is also and extended duty service for crisis work only; this operates between 5pm and 9pm weekdays and on weekends between 1pm and 9pm.
