Workshop & Company provides a range of opportunities for people who experience mental health problems and live in Westminster to develop their skills and interests.
The service aims to promote social inclusion and recovery by supporting people to identify and achieve their own hopes at their own pace. We work closely with local adult education providers, running a number of courses jointly.
We set up individual programmes and service users are encouraged to think about what they want to achieve and how the service can help. Activities and courses are offered in the following areas:
- Beaded jewellery making
- Catering
- Ceramics
- Computers
- Literacy
- Paper and card making
- Reception work experience and customer care skills
- Mosaics
Referrals to the service can come from any of the Westminster community mental health teams or other day services in Westminster.
Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions or require any more information, we welcome initial discussions about the appropriateness of any referral over the telephone. Please click on the link below for a referral form.
