Jenny is a member of the UK Mental Health Research Network and an office volunteer for two mental health charities. She is committed to ensuring that service users' views are representative of a wider group and reflected in service developments. |

Bob wants to bring his positive experience of CNWL Trust services to promote better understanding of service user perspectives. He also wants to ensure service users are made aware of all assistance and opportunities that are available. |

Alison has work experience in international relations in Africa and the former USSR. She is a guest lecturer on dual diagnosis at Middlesex University. She is passionately interested in mental health legislation and wants service users to be meaningfully engaged in the work of the Trust. |

Charlotte is a clinical psychologist and trade union representative. She is interested in the development of clinically effective and responsive services across the Trust; to serve patients and to strengthen our services within an increasingly competitive market. |

Roger is a retired medical school lecturer and member of CNWL's Carers Forum. He is keen to assist the Trust in identifying and implementing good practice, particularly relating to the needs and rights of mental health carers. |

Monique Klang-Voves |
Monique has a background in communication design and media production. She is a qualified counsellor and founder of Kensington & Chelsea Mental Health Carers Association and former member of the PPI Forum. She is committed to better communication between carers, service users and professionals. |

Janet has been a carer for the past 30 years. She is interested in networking with carers across the Trust and ensuring that the important role of carers is properly financially. |

Tony is a counselling psychologist and social work practitioner specialising in dual diagnosis and post-traumatic stress. He is a founder of Holistic Counselling and has extensive international experience with mental health service users. |

Paul Byrne for nursing staff |
Paul has 20 years experience at CNWL which provides good knowledge of challenges facing the Trust. He is the lead nurse for children's services and believes that quality of care should be at the top of the Trust agenda. |

Rami is the project lead for relapse prevention in Brent and committed to improving nursing standards. He actively promotes the voice of ethnically diverse minorities and is determined to have a positive impact on future direction of the Trust. |

Kostas is a sociologist and consultant psychiatrist in the field of substance misuse. He is interested in user and carer involvement, prioritising the needs of vulnerable groups, and workforce development. |

Lesley is a senior practitioner in a community mental health team and a lay member of Mental Health Review Tribunals. She is committed to representing the voice and values of social workers and supporting staff employed by the local authority within the Trust. |
