The South West Community Mental Health Team is a small multi-disciplinary team of professionals working alongside older people with mental health problems. Our service users reside in the southwest area of the Hillingdon borough that includes Yiewsley, West Drayton and Ickenham. Our service operates 9-5 Monday to Friday.
